The announcement has sparked diverse reactions among internet users, with some poking fun at his political ambitions and others extending their best wishes.
Frank Naro joins a growing trend of Ghanaian entertainers stepping into the political arena, following in the footsteps of his fellow actor and musician Lil Win, who expressed interest in vying for the parliamentary seat in the Afigya Kwabre South constituency.
Frank Naro initially gained prominence in the Kumawood film industry at a young age, mentored by Kwaku Manu and sharing the screen with stars such as Agya Koo, Akrobeto, Nana Ama McBrown, and Vivian Jill.
However, he took a hiatus from acting, citing spiritual challenges, and subsequently transitioned to a career in music, where he has released several popular songs.
