Music and video streaming service, Apple Music is honouring Ghanaian musicians on Ghana’s Independence month with a month-long music/video campaign called ‘Trotro Vibes’ named after Ghana’s popular mode of transport
Sub-Saharan Africa music editor at Apple music, Tshwanelo Maredi disclosed this on her LinkedIn page on Tuesday March 7 2023.
According to the music editor, the campaign serves to “celebrate the artists that have grown and elevated Ghana’s music scene to become a thriving industry for young creatives today.”
She further revealed some ‘guest playlists’ from Ghanaian musicians that fans should expect on the campaign….

Ghanaians are also encouraged to reflect their true heritage and identity as Ghanaians via wearing and eating Ghanaian clothing and meals respectively.
