DJ Bongo Earns Prestigious Nomination in the 2024 Ghana DJ Awards
One of Ghana’s top DJs, Nathaniel Kyeremeh, widely recognized as DJ Bongo, has received a nomination for the 2024 Ghana DJ Awards. DJ Bongo, who is the resident DJ for Y102.5FM’s popular shows Dryve of Ur Lyfe, Friday Night Mix, and Party Pressure in Kumasi, is up for the title of Best DJ in the Ashanti Region.
Although he has been recognized by the awards scheme before, this marks his first nomination in the prestigious regional category, further affirming his status as a leading DJ in both the Ashanti Region and across Ghana.
Known for his impeccable music selection, DJ Bongo has built a strong fanbase over the years, capturing the loyalty of radio listeners, concert audiences, and event planners alike. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology Education from the University of Education, Winneba – Kumasi, blending his passions for technology and music to stay at the forefront of the DJ scene.
